Job Summary
Execute merchandising projects including product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations according to client requirements and planograms. Conduct inventory audits, remove discontinued materials, and stock merchandise while ensuring displays remain clean and accurately presented. Travel between retail locations to perform these assignments, complete required reporting with photos via mobile device, and submit project completion reports on the same day services are performed. Typical assignments range from 12–20 hours per month with flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds repeatedly
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, kneel, and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation for travel between assigned retail locations
- Smartphone or tablet (Android or iOS) with internet access
- Active email address for project communication and reporting
- Ability to submit project completion reports and photos on the same day work is performed
- Available to complete assignments during retailer service windows, primarily weekday daytime hours
Desired Qualifications
- Previous merchandising, retail, reset, auditing, or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using mobile technology for reporting and project documentation
