Job Summary
Review project instructions and execute merchandising assignments including product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations. Conduct inventory counts, scan products, and stock merchandise according to planograms while removing discontinued items. Travel between retail locations to ensure displays remain clean, organized, and accurately presented. Complete required reporting, including photos and project documentation, using a mobile device and submit completion reports on the same day services are performed. This flexible, project-based role offers independent contractors the ability to set their own schedules while servicing Fortune 1000 retailers nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using mobile technology for reporting and project documentation
- Available to complete assignments during retailer service windows, primarily weekday daytime hours
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds repeatedly
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, kneel, and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation for travel between assigned retail locations
- Smartphone or tablet (Android or iOS) with internet access
- Active email address for project communication and reporting
- Ability to submit project completion reports and photos on the same day work is performed
Desired Qualifications
- Previous merchandising, retail, reset, auditing, or customer service experience
