Job Summary
Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment. Execute merchandising projects including product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, promotional installations, inventory counts, and product stocking according to planograms and standards. Remove discontinued materials and ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented. Travel between retail locations to complete assignments during service windows, primarily weekday daytime hours. Complete required reporting, including photos and project documentation, using a mobile device and submit completion reports on the same day services are performed.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds repeatedly
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, kneel, and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation for travel between assigned retail locations
- Smartphone or tablet (Android or iOS) with internet access
- Active email address for project communication and reporting
- Ability to submit project completion reports and photos on the same day work is performed
- Available to complete assignments during retailer service windows, primarily weekday daytime hours
Desired Qualifications
- Previous merchandising, retail, reset, auditing, or customer service experience
- Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using mobile technology for reporting and project documentation
