Job Summary

Review project instructions and execute merchandising assignments including product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations. Conduct inventory counts, scan products, and stock merchandise according to planograms while removing discontinued items. Ensure displays remain clean and accurately presented, then travel between retail locations to complete required reporting, photos, and project documentation on the same day services are performed. This role involves independent work with flexible scheduling, primarily during weekday daytime hours, with typical projects ranging from 12–20 hours per month.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds repeatedly
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, kneel, and stand for extended periods
  • Reliable transportation for travel between assigned retail locations
  • Smartphone or tablet (Android or iOS) with internet access
  • Active email address for project communication and reporting
  • Ability to submit project completion reports and photos on the same day work is performed
  • Available to complete assignments during retailer service windows, primarily weekday daytime hours

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous merchandising, retail, reset, auditing, or customer service experience
  • Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using mobile technology for reporting and project documentation
