Job Summary
Conduct daily warehouse operations by pulling, transferring, and stocking product to shelves within 24-48 hours of receipt. Process receipts, transfers, and invoices accurately while matching shipment details to purchase orders and filing documents for finance. Manage inventory logs, perform weekly and monthly cycle counts, and organize physical inventories across Space Needle and CGG retail locations. Receive shipments, count merchandise, stage items, and print orders for online business fulfillment. Ship customer orders daily using cost-effective methods, process damaged merchandise write-ups, and coordinate pickups with the Chihuly workshop. Maintain Art Inventory logs, communicate with vendors regarding discrepancies, and document damages per established procedures. Work full-time hours including weekends and holidays to cover staffing deficiencies, utilizing Point of Sales systems and driving the company van as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in high volume, fast paced retail warehouse environment
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Able to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in the English language
- Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
- Must demonstrate a Guest First attitude at all times
- Technologically savvy, and computer literate
- Have the capability and a valid driver's license to drive the Company Van
- Able to multi-task and complete projects with deadlines
- Full Time, Hourly Position
- Ability to work special events, full time, weekends, holidays and cover open shifts
- Knowledge of the Fire/Life/Safety procedures
