Job Summary
Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers, including building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities. Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, deliver friendly customer service, work both independently and with a team, and maintain a safety-focused approach in a retail setting. Training is provided; growth opportunities and benefits are available. Position is part-time with potential for additional hours.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- No prior experience required
- Able to perform physical work including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation to and from work location
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Motivated self-starter with strong bias for action and results
- Ability to work independently and also contribute to a team
- Safety-conscious in a retail environment
