Job Summary
Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers by building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities. Interact with customers, management, and team members while maintaining a safety-first mentality during physical tasks involving lifting up to 50 lbs. This role requires reliable transportation and the ability to work independently with a strong bias for action. No prior experience is necessary as training and team support are provided.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs
- Have reliable transportation to and from work location
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
- Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
- Work independently
- Possess successful team building skills
- Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
