Job Summary
Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to ensure stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs while performing physical work involving moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner, demonstrating excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Work independently with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment. Competitive wages of $18.00 per hour; no prior experience required as training is provided.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs
- Have reliable transportation to and from work location
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
- Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
- Work independently
- Possess successful team building skills
- Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
