Job Summary
Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to ensure stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities for retail customers across 40+ countries. Provide in-store merchandising support to meet shoppers' needs while maintaining a safety-first mentality during physical tasks involving lifting up to 50 lbs. Interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner to deliver on the purpose of connecting people with enriching products. No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided to help you succeed.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs
- Have reliable transportation to and from work location
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
- Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
- Work independently
- Possess successful team building skills
- Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
