Job Summary
Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers by building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities. Interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner while demonstrating excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Perform physical work involving moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs with a safety-first mentality. Work independently as a motivated self-starter with strong team-building abilities. No prior experience is required; training and team support are provided to help you succeed.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs
- Have reliable transportation to and from work location
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
- Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
- Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
- Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
