Job Summary
Ensure Travel Centers and Plazas remain well-stocked and organized while delivering fast service, friendly smiles, and clean facilities to all guests. Manage vendor and inventory flow, merchandise promotions and value items to increase sales, and analyze key reports to drive revenue growth. Assist guests with their needs in a timely manner and maintain a guest-focused culture through teamwork. Requires incredible guest service skills, ability to organize shelves, and proficiency with computers and telephones. Experience in retail is preferred. Flexible schedule includes nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Pay rates start between $14.16 and $20.58 per hour.
