Job Summary
Part-Time Retail Merchandiser for Hasbro brands in Worcester-area stores. Responsible for merchandising Hasbro product categories in alignment with planograms, stocking shelves, executing monthly features, and ensuring product visibility and pricing accuracy. Engage with store managers, capture in-store photos, complete required store surveys, and assist in training new merchandisers. Role requires physical activity (lift up to 40 lbs.), strong communication, tech proficiency (iPad/tablet, Microsoft Office), reliable internet and a personal computer, a valid driver’s license and transportation, and residence within the assigned territory to cover Worcester, MA area.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Previous retail merchandising or related experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift 40 lbs., climb ladders, stand, bend as needed.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech-savvy (iPad/tablet/smartphone).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a personal computer (laptop or desktop) compatible with Microsoft Office/0365.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, proof of car insurance and good driving record.
- Must live within the assigned territory.
- Available to work daytime, weekday hours and occasional weekends based on business demands.
