Job Summary
Part-Time Retail Merchandiser responsible for executing in-store merchandising across Hasbro product categories in assigned MA stores (Woburn, Lowell, Haverhill). Duties include stocking shelves per planograms, setting up monthly features, moving stock from backroom to sales floor, maintaining displays, coordinating with store managers on opportunities to improve visibility and sales, completing store surveys, and capturing photos of priority placements. Role involves engaging shoppers and staff, training or mentoring new merchandisers, and ensuring products are properly labeled and priced. Requires the ability to work daytime hours and weekends as needed, lift up to 40 lbs., travel within the assigned territory, and use tech tools (iPad/tablet, smartphone, Microsoft Office). Employment is part-time with a pay range of $17.25–$27 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Available to work daytime, weekday hours and occasional weekends
- Must have reliable high-speed internet connection and a personal computer (laptop or desktop) compatible with Microsoft Office/0365 and a smartphone
- Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, proof of car insurance and a good driving record
- Ability to lift 40 lbs., climb ladders, stand, bend, and engage in physical activity as needed
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Tech savvy (iPad/tablet/smartphone/Microsoft Office)
- Experience in retail merchandising or related fields is preferred but not required
- Must live within the parameters of the assigned territory
