Job Summary
Part-Time Retail Merchandiser at Hasbro in the Springfield, MA area. Responsible for providing timely and effective retail merchandising and shelf management across Hasbro product categories in assigned stores, ensuring shelves align with planograms, and executing monthly features. Responsibilities include merchandising product categories, moving products from stockroom to sales floor, setting up monthly features, engaging with store managers to discuss sales opportunities, completing store surveys, submitting in-store photos, assisting in training new merchandisers, and ensuring display quality to promote sales. Requires availability daytime/weekday hours with occasional weekends, and the ability to lift 40 lbs. and perform physical merchandising tasks. Requires 18+, strong communication skills, tech-savviness, reliable internet and a compatible computer, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation within the assigned territory.
Required Qualifications
- Available to work daytime, weekday hours and occasional weekends based on demands of the business
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous experience in retail merchandising or related fields is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 40 lbs., climb ladders, stand, bend, and engage in physical activity as needed to ensure products are properly merchandised
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Tech savvy (iPad/tablet/smartphone)
- Must have reliable high-speed internet connection and a personal computer (laptop or desktop) compatible with Microsoft Office/0365 and a smartphone
- Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, proof of car insurance and a good driving record
- Must live within the parameters of the assigned territory
