Job Summary
Retail Merchandiser for Hasbro, responsible for merchandising across Hasbro product categories in assigned stores, executing planograms and ensuring shelves and features align with monthly priorities. Duties include stocking from stockroom to sales floor, setting up monthly product features, engaging with store managers to identify sales opportunities, completing store surveys, capturing in-store photos, and assisting in training newly hired merchandisers. Part-time role (16-25 hours/week) with a focus on maintaining Hasbro’s merchandising standards and driving product visibility. Requires 18+ years old, ability to lift 40 lbs., tech-savviness with iPad/tablet and Microsoft Office, reliable internet and a suitable computer, valid driver’s license and driving access, and territory clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Available to work daytime, weekday hours and occasional weekends based on demands of the business.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Previous experience in retail merchandising or related fields is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to lift 40 lbs., climb ladders, stand, bend, and engage in physical activity as needed to ensure products are properly merchandised.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech savvy (iPad/tablet/smartphone/Microsoft Office).
- Must have reliable high-speed internet connection and a personal computer (laptop or desktop) compatible with Microsoft Office/0365 and a smartphone.
- Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, proof of car insurance and a good driving record.
- Must live within the parameters of the assigned territory.
