Job Summary
Part-Time Retail Merchandiser in Houston West, TX. You will execute Hasbro product merchandising across assigned stores, align shelves with planograms, stock products, set up monthly features, and engage store managers to drive sales. Responsibilities include merchandising execution, moving products from stockroom to sales floor, ensuring correct pricing and labeling, completing store surveys, capturing in-store photos, and assisting with training new merchandisers. Requires lifting up to 40 lbs, strong communication, time management, and basic tech skills. Territory covers Houston West and Katy with 18-22 hours per week; must be 18+, able to work days and some weekends, and reside within the territory.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Available to work daytime, weekday hours and occasional weekends
- Previous experience in retail merchandising or related fields is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 40 lbs., climb ladders, stand, bend, and engage in physical activity as needed to ensure products are properly merchandised
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Tech savvy (iPad/tablet/smartphone/Microsoft Office)
- Must have reliable high-speed internet connection and a personal computer (laptop or desktop) compatible with Microsoft Office/0365 and a smartphone
- Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, proof of car insurance and a good driving record
- Must live within the parameters of the assigned territory
