Job Summary
Part-Time Retail Merchandiser responsibilities include executing merchandising across Hasbro product categories per planograms, stocking shelves from stockroom to sales floor, setting up monthly features to boost visibility and sales, engaging with store managers to identify opportunities for incremental placements, completing store surveys, submitting in-store photos, and assisting in training new merchandisers across Henderson, NV. The role requires physical tasks (lifting up to 40 lbs., climbing ladders, standing, bending), strong communication skills, tech familiarity (iPad/tablet/smartphone, Microsoft Office), reliable internet and a computer, a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, and the ability to work daytime/weekdays and occasional weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Available to work daytime, weekday hours and occasional weekends based on demands of the business.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Previous experience in retail merchandising or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift 40 lbs., climb ladders, stand, bend, and engage in physical activity as needed to ensure products are properly merchandised.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Tech savvy (iPad/tablet/smartphone/Microsoft Office).
- Must have reliable high-speed internet connection and a personal computer (laptop or desktop) compatible with Microsoft Office/0365 and a smartphone.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, proof of car insurance and a good driving record.
- Must live within the parameters of the assigned territory.
