Job Summary
Part-time Retail Merchandiser responsible for stocking Hasbro product categories, aligning shelves to planograms, executing monthly features, engaging with store staff, and identifying opportunities to drive sales across assigned MA stores. Duties include merchandising execution, moving products from stockroom to sales floor, ensuring proper labeling and pricing, completing store surveys, capturing in-store photos, and assisting in the training of new merchandisers. Requires 18+ years old, ability to lift 40 lbs, and availability daytime with occasional weekends; territory includes Boston, Quincy, Revere, and Saugus, MA.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Available to work daytime, weekday hours and occasional weekends
- Previous retail merchandising or related field experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 40 lbs., climb ladders, stand, bend as needed
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Tech savvy (iPad/tablet/smartphone)
- Microsoft Office/0365 proficiency
- Reliable high-speed internet and a personal computer (laptop or desktop)
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, proof of car insurance and good driving record
- Live within assigned territory
