Job Summary
Retail Merchandiser role in Nitro, WV entails executing merchandising standards, building rapport with store personnel, educating customers on client brands, and completing displays and resets with accuracy. The position requires frequent lifting up to 50 lbs (up to 100 lbs with assistance), flexibility to work nights/weekends, driving to additional locations, and using a handheld device. Strong communication with the Territory Sales Lead and Market Sales Manager is expected, along with maintaining confidentiality of company/client information and familiarity with company policies. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalency certification required
- Valid driver’s license is required; automobile liability insurance is required to be maintained
- Must be able to lift objects and product up to a maximum of 50 lbs with frequent lifting and/or carrying up to 35 lbs; ability to lift heavy objects up to 100 lbs with assistance from another associate
- Work could be performed while sitting, standing or walking; flexible schedule including nights, overnights and weekends
- Must have access to a computer, internet access, printing capabilities, and e-mail
- Customer service or sales experience preferred
