Job Summary
Place orders for inventory using Reply software and service assigned retail routes across Midland, Odessa, and Pecos. Implement planograms, reset displays, and adjust shelving to meet company standards. Fill task forms, take photos, and process customer returns while maintaining stock levels. Clean display cases, conduct store audits, and communicate with store associates and management. Verify shipments and follow specific store visit processes. Work between 6 AM and 5 PM with a drop-dead time of 8 PM, earning $16/hour with mileage reimbursement. Part-time benefits include state sick time and 401K; full-time options available after 60 days.
Required Qualifications
- Previous merchandising or retail experience
- Ability to safely use a ladder or step stool to access higher fixtures, signage, and products on elevated shelves
- Ability to conduct physical work, frequently lifting up to 50lbs
- Proficient with tablets and smartphones
- Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
- Registered Vehicle
- Driver's License
- Car Insurance
- Motor Vehicle Report - 3 or fewer moving violations within the last 36 months (3 years)
