Job Summary
Place orders for required inventory using Reply software and service assigned retail routes across Mansfield, Marion, Delaware, Mount Vernon, Sunbury, and Mount Gilead, OH. Implement planograms, reset cosmetic displays, install shelving, and ensure all fixtures meet company standards. Fill out task forms, take photos for audits, process customer returns, and maintain stock levels while communicating with store associates. Clean display cases, verify shipments, and conduct surveys to solve store issues. Work up to 30 hours weekly between 6 AM and 5 PM with an 8 PM drop-dead time. Part-time benefits include state sick time and 401K; full-time options open after 60 days with consistent hours.
Required Qualifications
- Previous merchandising or retail experience
- Ability to safely use a ladder or step stool to access higher fixtures, signage, and products on elevated shelves
- Ability to conduct physical work, frequently lifting up to 50lbs
- Proficient with tablets and smartphones
- Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
- Registered Vehicle
- Driver's License
- Car Insurance
- Motor Vehicle Report - 3 or fewer moving violations within the last 36 months (3 years)
