Job Summary
Place orders for required inventory using Reply software and service assigned retail store routes across Lancaster, Reynoldsburg, and surrounding Ohio and West Virginia territories. Implement new planograms, reset cosmetic displays, and adjust shelving fixtures to ensure all merchandising meets company standards. Fill out task forms, take photographs for audits, and process customer returns while maintaining efficient communication with store associates. Work between 6 AM and 5 PM, up to 30 hours weekly, with an opportunity to transition to full-time after 60 days if consistent hours are met.
Required Qualifications
- Previous merchandising or retail experience
- Ability to safely use a ladder or step stool to access higher fixtures, signage, and products on elevated shelves
- Ability to conduct physical work, frequently lifting up to 50lbs
- Proficient with tablets and smartphones
- Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
- Registered Vehicle
- Driver's License
- Car Insurance
- Motor Vehicle Report - 3 or fewer moving violations within the last 36 months (3 years)
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with resets, planograms and store footage
- Retail sales and inventory control knowledge
