Job Summary
Place orders for required inventory using Reply software and service assigned retail store routes across Texas and surrounding regions. Implement planograms, reset cosmetic displays, and adjust shelving fixtures to meet company standards. Fill out task forms, take photos of departments, and process customer returns while maintaining stock levels. Clean and organize display cases, conduct store audits, and communicate professionally with store associates and management. Verify merchandise shipments and complete resets within project timelines. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50lbs, and proficiency with tablets.
Required Qualifications
- Previous merchandising or retail experience
- Ability to safely use a ladder or step stool to access higher fixtures, signage, and products on elevated shelves
- Ability to conduct physical work, frequently lifting up to 50lbs
- Proficient with tablets and smartphones
- Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
- Registered Vehicle
- Driver's License
- Car Insurance
- Motor Vehicle Report - 3 or fewer moving violations within the last 36 months (3 years)
Desired Qualifications

- Retail sales and inventory control knowledge
