Job Summary
Review project instructions and execute merchandising assignments including product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations. Conduct inventory counts, scan products, and stock merchandise according to planograms while ensuring displays remain clean and organized. Remove discontinued items and complete required reporting, including photos and documentation, using a mobile device on the same day services are performed. Travel between retail locations as needed, primarily during weekday daytime hours. This role supports Fortune 1000 manufacturers and retailers across the United States, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands through a nationwide network of independent contractors.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using mobile technology for reporting and project documentation
- Available to complete assignments during retailer service windows, primarily weekday daytime hours
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds repeatedly
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, kneel, and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation for travel between assigned retail locations
- Smartphone or tablet (Android or iOS) with internet access
- Active email address for project communication and reporting
- Ability to submit project completion reports and photos on the same day work is performed
