Job Summary

Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment. Execute merchandising projects including product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations. Remove discontinued materials, conduct inventory counts, and stock merchandise according to planograms. Ensure displays are clean and accurately presented while traveling between retail locations. Complete required reporting with photos and documentation on the same day services are performed using a mobile device. Submit project completion reports daily. Typical assignments range from 12–20 hours per month, with some locations requiring service during the first two weeks of each month.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using mobile technology for reporting and project documentation
  • Available to complete assignments during retailer service windows, primarily weekday daytime hours
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds repeatedly
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, kneel, and stand for extended periods
  • Reliable transportation for travel between assigned retail locations
  • Smartphone or tablet (Android or iOS) with internet access
  • Active email address for project communication and reporting
  • Ability to submit project completion reports and photos on the same day work is performed

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous merchandising, retail, reset, auditing, or customer service experience
