Job Summary

Review project instructions and execute merchandising assignments including product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations. Conduct inventory counts, scan products, and stock merchandise according to planograms while ensuring displays remain clean and organized. Remove discontinued materials and travel between retail locations to complete required reporting, including photos and project documentation, using a mobile device. Submit completion reports on the same day services are performed. Typical projects range from 12–20 hours per month during weekday daytime service windows. This independent contractor role supports Fortune 1000 manufacturers and retailers across the United States, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds repeatedly
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, kneel, and stand for extended periods
  • Reliable transportation for travel between assigned retail locations
  • Smartphone or tablet (Android or iOS) with internet access
  • Active email address for project communication and reporting
  • Ability to submit project completion reports and photos on the same day work is performed
  • Available to complete assignments during retailer service windows, primarily weekday daytime hours

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous merchandising, retail, reset, auditing, or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using mobile technology for reporting and project documentation
