Job Summary
Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment. Execute merchandising projects including product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations. Perform inventory counts, product scanning, and merchandise stocking according to planograms. Remove discontinued products and ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented. Travel between retail locations to complete required reporting, including photos and project documentation, using a mobile device. Submit project completion reports on the same day services are performed.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using mobile technology for reporting and project documentation
- Available to complete assignments during retailer service windows, primarily weekday daytime hours
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds repeatedly
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, kneel, and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation for travel between assigned retail locations
- Smartphone or tablet (Android or iOS) with internet access
- Active email address for project communication and reporting
- Ability to submit project completion reports and photos on the same day work is performed
