Job Summary
Retail Merchandiser/Base Manager for Langley AFB commissary (Part-time, approx. 17 hours/week). Responsible for maintaining product distribution, stocking shelves, building displays, and executing shelf and display programs. Collaborates with Area Manager and supports in-store activities such as vendor credits and VPRAs, ensuring timely product rotation, accurate pricing, and proper signage. Requires ability to travel for store resets, work in freezer conditions, and pass a military background check; position emphasizes collaboration with store personnel and independent contractors to maximize shelf opportunities and new item distribution. Training provided; flexible hours with weekly schedules subject to client needs.
