Job Summary
Retail Merchandiser responsible for stocking, organizing, and displaying products across assigned stores, executing store resets and planograms, and maintaining retailer standards. Will service routes within Charleston, Saint Albans, and Dunbar with up to 15 hours weekly and potential move to full-time after meeting thresholds. Requires merchandising/retail experience, comfort with tablets/smartphones and physical work (lifting up to 50lbs); must possess a valid driver’s license and registered vehicle. Competitive pay at $16/hour with mileage/toll reimbursement, paid drive time, and eligibility for part-time benefits and potential transition to full-time.
Required Qualifications
- Previous merchandising or retail experience.
- Familiarity with resets, planograms, and store footage is a plus.
- Retail sales and inventory control knowledge are a plus.
- Ability to safely use a ladder or step stool to access higher fixtures, signage, and products on elevated shelves.
- Ability to conduct physical work, frequently lifting up to 50lbs.
- Proficient with tablets and smartphones.
- Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
