Job Summary
Retail Merchandiser responsible for executing Anderson Merchandisers standards to drive sales and meet retailer and client expectations. Build rapport with store personnel, educate customers on product lines, and execute tasks, projects, resets, and displays with accuracy following provided instructions. Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations; perform merchandising and execution of projects to maintain account aesthetics; communicate daily with Territory Sales Lead and Market Sales Manager about activities, opportunities, or barriers; use handheld device for updates; adhere to company policies and confidentiality. Requires a flexible schedule, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs (and up to 100 lbs with assistance), in-store presence (on-site) and potential travel to additional locations; may require access to computer, internet, and email.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalency required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Access to computer, internet, email
- Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs (and up to 100 lbs with assistance)
- Flexible schedule including nights, overnights and weekends
- Travel to additional locations may be necessary
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as described
