Job Summary
Place orders for required inventory using Reply software and service assigned retail routes across the West, Central, and East Coast regions. Implement new planograms, relocate products, and adjust shelving to ensure displays meet company and retailer standards. Fill out task forms, take photos, and process customer returns while maintaining efficient communication with store associates. Clean display cases and conduct store surveys or audits as requested. Work between 6 AM and 5 PM with a drop-dead time of 8 PM, earning $21.00 per hour with mileage reimbursement. Transition to full-time after 60 days if consistent 30+ hours are met weekly.
Required Qualifications
- Previous merchandising or retail experience
- Ability to safely use a ladder or step stool to access higher fixtures, signage, and products on elevated shelves
- Ability to conduct physical work, frequently lifting up to 50lbs
- Proficient with tablets and smartphones
- Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
- Registered Vehicle
- Driver's License
- Car Insurance
- Motor Vehicle Report - 3 or fewer moving violations within the last 36 months (3 years)
