Remove damaged or discontinued items, take date-stamped photos of completed work, and upload reports via a smartphone or tablet. Submit invoices via email for payment after each visit. This independent contractor role offers flexible hours with short assignments, typically two visits per month increasing to weekly during the holiday season.
