Job Summary
Communicate with store management and key decision makers to establish relationships and complete merchandising priorities. Stock shelves, pack out product from retailer storage facilities, and maintain displays and pricing. Install point of purchase materials, interact with shoppers, and supervise store inventory while ensuring product knowledge and brand values are shared. Report all merchandising activity as advised by the field manager. This part-time role requires day time business hours between 7am and 6pm, Monday through Friday, with a flexible schedule of 20–24 hours per week. Candidates must live within 20 miles of Atlanta, GA, and possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must live within 20 miles of Atlanta, GA
- Ability to work day time business hours
- Current schedules are flexible with availability M-F, between 7am – 6pm (20 – 24 hours a week)
- Tech savvy (iPad/tablet/smart phone/Microsoft Office)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Personal cell phone and computer with internet access and the ability to text and email
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Proof of car insurance
- A good DMV record to drive from store to store
- Physical requirements: climb ladders up to 12' tall
- Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. from floor to waist or chest height
- Ability to bend, twist, reach, squat, kneel and walk and stand for long periods of time
- While adhering to safety policies and expectations
- Candidates offered positions with high engagement with children are required to take part in Child Safeguarding Background Screening, as a condition of the offer
