Job Summary
Manage product inventory, display execution, and overall product presentation across assigned retail locations. Optimize inventory mix through planogram management, instant ticket ordering, and ticket returns while ensuring customer Standards of Excellence are met. Partner with retailers to maximize sales opportunities, educate them on product awareness, and review sales statistics on a consistent basis. Follow lottery procedures for picking up, dropping off, transferring, closing, and returning tickets to the warehouse. Complete required paperwork accurately and assist with special projects as assigned. This role is based in Metro Detroit (Detroit, Livonia, Grosse Pointe), MI, with a starting salary of $29,120 - $52,458.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or wholesale sales
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint
- Ability to work effectively using company-provided tablets or computers
- Valid driver's license
- Must reside within the assigned region
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
