Job Summary
Set up attractive product displays and arrange items according to detailed planograms to optimize visibility and brand representation. Build, modify, and dismantle displays while ensuring clients' products are well-stocked, properly arranged, and ready for purchase. Install signage and perform additional merchandising services as required. Collect retail data using advanced image recognition apps and scanning technology. Complete online reports, upload photos, and provide regular updates to keep stakeholders informed. Form and maintain strong relationships with clients by acting as a key representative and fostering long-term partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- Is reliable and takes pride in their work
- Is familiar with merchandising in a grocery, drug store or big box setting
- Can read and execute planograms
- Possesses strong knowledge of smartphone technology, including taking photos and utilizing imaging apps
- Has a self-starter mindset, thriving under the pressure and ambiguity of the dynamic Merchandiser role
- Shows enthusiasm and maintains a consistently professional attitude and appearance
- A valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle is essential
