Retail Merchandise Supervisor

Oversee receiving and merchandising execution to ensure efficient processing and a positive customer experience. Lead and train Associates on merchandising, tagging, backroom organization, stock rotation, and loss-prevention practices. Coordinate with the Coordinator on Duty to maintain flow of goods to the sales floor, monitor productivity, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to labor laws and safety standards. Foster a collaborative team environment, model high standards of integrity and customer service, and support store-wide initiatives including loyalty programs and shrink reduction goals.
