Job Summary
Wares Processor at Marion Goodwill Industries evaluates, prices, and prepares donated goods for the sales floor, stocks and displays merchandise, and supports pricing guidelines while maintaining safety and operational policies. Responsibilities include assisting donors and shoppers with customer service, sorting and pricing donated merchandise, identifying special items and high-value donations for premium pricing, maintaining orderly pricing and sorting areas, stocking and transporting merchandise as needed, and achieving production goals (4 carts per hour with a 50% sell-through rate). The role requires basic math/pricing skills, attention to detail, teamwork, ability to lift up to 40 lbs., and reliable transportation; training is provided for brand/collectible knowledge and pricing.
