Job Summary
Lead an excellent customer and brand experience by processing donated merchandise for sale. Responsibilities include receiving and pricing/ticketing merchandise, meeting quotas, maintaining the sales floor and workstation per PPM standards, stocking and organizing merchandise, and identifying hazardous materials for safe handling. Must maintain regular in-person attendance, follow safety rules, and operate in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with the ability to lift and maneuver objects. Strong emphasis on teamwork, integrity, and community impact aligned with Goodwill values.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to speak and read English proficiently
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Ability to lift, bend, push, turn, and manipulate objects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
