Job Summary
Lead and assist with processing donated merchandise for sale, including pricing and ticketing, while meeting quotas and maintaining the sales floor. Ensure safety and proper handling of merchandise, participate in stocking, observe procedures for hazardous materials, and support a fast-paced store environment. Demonstrates Goodwill Core Values and supports a welcoming, inclusive environment; assists customers and contributes to community impact. Requires English proficiency, 18+ age, background check/drug screen where applicable, and the ability to lift and perform physical tasks.
