Job Summary
Merchandise Manager leads merchandising and operational execution in a Michaels retail environment, driving truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, pricing accuracy, promotional execution, and visual standards. Responsibilities include SOP adherence, MOD coverage, truck and stock flow, in-stock optimization, POS and RTV/ASN handling, ship-from-store fulfillment, backroom organization, and coaching of team members to achieve store goals while maintaining asset protection and customer-ready environments.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Type of Experience Required 3+ years retail leadership experience
- Work Environment ability to stand, lift 25-50 pounds, climb ladders, etc.
