Job Summary
Alternate between Coordinator and Key Carrier roles, managing all store operations as Manager on Duty. Address immediate customer service issues, provide coaching to Associates, and ensure adherence to operational procedures, opening/closing guidelines, and labor laws. Prioritize tasks based on store needs while maintaining accurate associate coverage and supporting shrink reduction and safety initiatives. Requires open availability including nights and weekends, with a starting pay of $16.25 to $16.75 per hour.
Required Qualifications

- 6 months leadership experience
- Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures
- Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores
- Proven problem solving skills
- Able to effectively coach, delegate, and follow-up on multiple people/tasks

- Capable of multi-tasking
- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
