Retail Merchandise Department Supervisor

Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure Associates process merchandise efficiently, orchestrating truck deliveries and prioritizing sales floor stocking. Engage with all customers to maintain an excellent experience, while ensuring the store remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety and recycling programs. Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles, monitor team productivity, and coach as necessary to meet store plans and shrink reduction goals. Rotate back stock for easy replenishment and uphold signage standards. Requires a flexible schedule including nights and weekends; one year retail and six months leadership experience.
