Job Summary
Opportunity: Grow Your Career by executing receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring Associates process merchandise efficiently, and collaborating with the team. Responsibilities include orchestrating truck deliveries, tagging/hanging/ sealing merchandise, organizing back stock for replenishment, coaching Associates on merchandising principles, ensuring efficient flow of goods to the sales floor, monitoring productivity, maintaining store cleanliness and recovery standards, complying with safety and labor policies, promoting credit and loyalty programs, and supporting training and communications with management to address priorities and drive a positive customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
- Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Superior communication and organizational skills
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Team player with peers and supervisors
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to train others
