Retail Merchandise Coordinator

Execute receiving and merchandising standards while orchestrating truck deliveries and prioritizing merchandise processing onto the sales floor. Train and mentor Associates on established principles, monitor team productivity, and coach as necessary to ensure adherence to store plans. Maintain a clean, organized backroom, manage back stock rotation, and ensure all items are properly tagged, hung, and secured. Engage with customers to maintain an excellent experience and promote safety awareness and recycling compliance. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, lifting heavy objects, and responding to changes in direction. Requires one year retail and six months leadership experience.
