Retail Merchandise Coordinator

Retail Merchandise Coordinator required to execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensure efficient processing and teamwork, deliver excellent customer service, train/mentor Associates on merchandising principles, tag/stock merchandise, manage back stock, coordinate with management on training and priorities, ensure adherence to labor laws and safety, promote credit and loyalty programs, and support shrink reduction initiatives. Must be able to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends; strong communication and organizational skills; able to multi-task and lift heavy objects; prior retail and leadership experience preferred.
