Job Summary
Retail Merchandise Coordinator at TJX-based retailer duties include executing receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring Associates process merchandise efficiently, and delivering excellent customer service. Role involves mentoring/ training Associates on merchandising and processing principles, organizing and rotating back stock for replenishment, ensuring items are tagged, hung, secured, and coded, coordinating with the Coordinator on Duty for flow of goods, coaching productivity, maintaining store standards, and supporting safety, recycling, and compliance programs. Requires flexible scheduling (nights/weekends), strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to lift heavy objects; 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience expected. Location: New Hartford, NY. Benefits and compensation details include starting hourly pay range of $17.00-$17.50, plus comprehensive benefits perTJX offerings.
