Job Summary
Responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing by Associates while delivering excellent customer service. Leads by example in customer interactions, maintains store organization and compliance with company standards, orchestrates truck deliveries, trains and mentors staff, and promotes company programs while ensuring safety and adherence to labor laws.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
