Job Summary
Responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring Associates process efficiently, and working as a team. Maintains a positive customer experience through service, cleanliness, and organization; trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles; ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded; orchestrates truck delivery and backroom organization; monitors productivity, supports loss-prevention and safety programs, and collaborates with management on training and priority setting to drive effective store operations.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
- flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- strong communication and organizational skills
- ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
