Job Summary
Retail Merchandise Coordinator at TJX Companies is responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring Associates process efficiently, and delivering an excellent customer experience. Role models exceptional customer service, orchestrates truck delivery, trains and mentors Associates on merchandising principles, ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured and coded, communicates with management to maintain flow of goods to the sales floor, monitors team productivity and coaches as needed, organizes back stock for replenishment, maintains signage and cleanliness standards, and supports store-wide labor, safety, and compliance goals. The position requires flexible scheduling (including nights and weekends) and strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to adapt to changes. Possesses experience in retail with leadership responsibility and is able to train others, with a focus on accurate replenishment, backroom organization, and adherence to store policies.
Required Qualifications
