Retail Merchandise Coordinator

Retail Merchandise Coordinator at TJX-affiliated Marshalls store. You will execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensure efficient processing of merchandise, and foster a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include facilitating truck deliveries, tagging, hanging, securing, and coding merchandise; training and mentoring Associates on merchandising principles; coordinating with the Coordinator on Duty to maintain flow of goods; monitoring team productivity; organizing back stock for replenishment; maintaining signage and compliance with safety, recycling, and labor policies; and supporting store goals around shrink reduction and customer service. Strong emphasis on communication, organization, teamwork, and ability to adapt to changing directions; capable of lifting heavy objects and working flexible hours including nights and weekends.
